Sydney and Josh met in May of 2018 through their mutual friends Audrey and Sean Tejani. When they met, they hit it off right away. they spent most of their first summer together going to baseball games, movies and dinners. Over the past 5 years they have traveled to numerous places in the US. Their favorite things to do together is travel, hike and to take their dogs Benny and Ginzi with them. On Christmas Eve 2022, Josh proposed at Sydneys parents house during an ornament game they play every year.
